The Crossing gives away free gas
During the afternoon of Oct. 5, cars were lined up on both sides of Magnolia Street in Milton to take advantage of a church’s community service outreach.
Volunteers from The Crossing, also known as Lewes Church of Christ, were filling up tanks and washing cars at Bodie’s in Milton.
Church members were taking part in their day of service, when they provide help in communities throughout Sussex County.
Ryan Mavity covers Milton and the court system. He is married to Rachel Swick Mavity and has two kids, Alex and Jane.
