The observation tower in Cape Henlopen State Park offers a great photo op for the Mispillion Cycling Group members.
Members of the Mispillion Cycling Group of Milford enjoyed a bike ride in Lewes Oct. 19. The group started at the Lewes Public Library trailhead and continued along the trail, stopping at sights including the World War II observation tower in Cape Henlopen State Park.
