Daniel (Dan) Kalista, 69, passed away peacefully Thursday, May 18, 2023, at Delaware Hospice Center in Milford. Dan often said that moving to Lewes over 20 years ago was the best decision of his life. He tried to be a friend to all he met in his travels around town. He was especially appreciative of all the services available to seniors in this area and did not miss the snowstorms of Northern Pennsylvania!
A Celebration of Life will be held at 2 p.m., Sunday, July 16, at Lewes Senior Activity Center, 32083 Janice Road, Lewes.
Memorial donations may be made to Lewes Senior Center, 32083 Janice Road, Lewes, DE 19958, in appreciation for providing transportation for Dan and countless others who no longer have the ability to drive themselves.
