David Lisner Jacobs, 79, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 31, 2023, at his home in Millsboro.
He was a Marine Corps veteran and retiree from Delaware Department of Corrections. He was affiliated with the Marine Corps League, Blue Knights, and American Legion.
Inurnment with committal rites and conferring of military honors will begin at 1 p.m., Tuesday, Dec. 12, at Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Millsboro.
