Debora K. Willard, talented seamstress

Debora K. Willard, 65, of Millsboro, formerly of Downingtown, Pa., passed away peacefully Monday, Sept. 9, 2024, at her home. 

Deb was born in Coatesville, Pa., Nov. 25, 1958, daughter of the late Frank T. Zolenski and the late Constance P. (Monko) Zolenski. She was a graphic artist with Cook Publishing in Warminster, Pa., before moving to Delaware.  

Deb was a talented seamstress and enjoyed doing upholstery as well. She also enjoyed gambling and going to the local casinos.  

She is survived by her loving husband and partner of 46 years, William E. Willard Jr.; a stepdaughter, Shannon Joseph and her husband Michael; a stepson, Sean Willard; and a brother, Frank M. Zolenski and his wife Ruth.  

A celebration of Deb’s life will be held from noon to 4 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 12, at AMVETS Post 2, 32592 Long Neck Road, Millsboro.
