A group of communications students from Delaware Technical Community College recently visited the Milton Theatre to hear from and meet NPR’s lead politics editor Domenico Montanaro.
A University of Delaware graduate, Montanaro discussed an array of issues involving the modern U.S. political climate and shared about his years in broadcasting, which also include NBC, CBS and PBS. The evening was moderated by Delmarva Public Radio’s Don Rush. Montanaro answered a number of questions submitted by communications students throughout the evening.
“It was a great chance to meet someone who is working in our field of study,” said communications student Cassidy Clark. “And to be able to have him answer our questions about the industry was insightful.”
