Delaware Technical Community College in Georgetown will host an open house from 5 to 7 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 7, at the Carter Partnership Center on campus.
Instructors and administrators will offer information on more than 120 academic programs as well as a wide variety of training options available at the college.
Financial aid counselors will also be on hand to answer questions and help with forms related to scholarships and financial assistance, including the Free Application for Federal Student Aid.
Application fees will be waived for anyone who decides to apply to the college at the open house. Roady, the campus mascot, will be on hand, and there will also be music and a drawing for a free iPad.
The annual open house offers an opportunity for prospective students to speak one on one with college instructors and counselors about a variety of academic programs, potential careers and financial aid.
