Despite rainy day, Amanda Monaghan and John Simone tie the knot

Amanda Fay Monaghan and John James Simone Jr., both currently of Naples, Fla., were united in marriage April 21. Yolanda Beckers officiated the ceremony.
Given in marriage by her father, the bride is the daughter of Stephen and Karen Monaghan of Hegins, Pa.
The groom is the son of Gerilyn Meili of Naples.
The bride's maid of honor was best friend Brittney Blyler of Pitman, Pa. Her bridesmaids were sisters-in-law Jessica Painter and Rebecca Ozturk. Junior bridesmaid was niece Madelyn Painter.
The groom's best man was best friend Michael Skorupa of Lawrenceville, N.J. His groomsmen were brothers-in-law Jeffrey Painter and Yavuz Ozturk and friend Frank Carta.
The wedding and reception were held at Etudes de Ballet, Naples. The couple honeymooned at Jonathan Dickinson State Park in Jupiter, Fla., with their dogs, Boomer and Joey.
