Dewey Egg Scoop offers family fun April 19 on bayside beach

The Dewey Business Partnership will sponsor its annual Dewey Egg Scoop Saturday, April 19, with a start time of 10:45 a.m., at the bay beach on Van Dyke Avenue.
Scoopers will be grouped by age into time slots from youngest on up. Children’s events are free, and participants should bring their own baskets.
The event includes DJ music, 7,000 eggs and treats, photos with the Easter Bunny, and food and drink concessions.
After the egg hunts conclude, there will be a dog parade where leashed fur babies can show off their Easter finery.
