Dogfish Head hosts annual Weekend of Compelling Ales and Spirits

Dogfish Head brewery in Milton hosted its annual Weekend of Compelling Spirits the weekend of March 24, a celebration of beer, spirits and food.

While Dogfish held events all weekend, the main event was March 23, when, for the second year in a row, patrons took a self-guided tour of the brewery and distillery while sampling 12 food and beverage pairings with two bonus pairings. 

The tour started at the barrel-aging room at the rear of the brewery and worked to the final stations in the tasting room.
