Drive-by birthday celebration raises spirits

Bill Dec celebrated his 95th birthday April 3. Bill is in isolation and friends could not be there to celebrate this milestone, so St. Peter’s Church congregation arranged a drive-by celebration at his home near Lewes. Nearly 30 people drove by to wish him well. Bill is a local artist who has been active in the art community, including participating in the St. Peter’s Art Show for many years.
