Four Boy Scouts from Troop 2540 earned their Eagle Scout badge at a Court of Honor at the Henlopen Elks Lodge June 8. The Eagle Court features presentations on Scout history, recognition from local officials, and pins for parents and mentors. This ceremony had the seats filled with friends, family and the rest of Troop 2540.
