Experienced physical therapy assistant joins Aquacare

Aquacare Physical Therapy announced that Sharon Baxley, PTA, has joined its mobile practice team. With more than 30 years of PTA experience, Baxley is a certified kinesiotaping practitioner, a certified health and wellness coach, and has experience working with a variety of orthopedic and women’s health conditions.

She earned her associate degree as a physical therapist assistant from Northern Virginia Community College. She loves to travel, go camping with her family and explore the outdoors.

“I am excited to join Aquacare PT Plus and to be able to give one-on-one care to my patients while making the services relevant to the patient’s needs and goals,” Baxley said. “It is nice to see patients in their own environment and to be able to tailor a specific routine around the obstacles they are facing.”
