The 94-room Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott in Rehoboth Beach is now open for business.  The Fairfield Inn and Suites Rehoboth Beach will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned by Hudson Management of Lewes and managed by Real Hospitality Group of Ocean City, Md.

Located across from the Rehoboth Mall and four miles from the beach and Rehoboth Boardwalk, the hotel offers guests convenient access to the Cape May-Lewes Ferry, Dewey Beach, Indian River Inlet and Cape Henlopen State Park.

The Fairfield Inn and Suites public space features a contemporary design that is both flexible and functional. The open and bright lobby welcomes guests with a vibrant color palette of greens, blues and oranges. Thoughtfully designed rooms and suites offer separate living, working and sleeping areas. Plush mattresses, televisions, microwaves and mini-fridges enhance the guest experience. The bright, spacious living area provides a well-lit work area, ergonomic chair and entertainment area with a second television.

Complimentary hot breakfast is available each morning in the open-air great room featuring an outdoor deck. Other hotel amenities include a cocktail lounge and deck bar, an indoor swimming pool, an exercise room, valet laundry service, complimentary Wi-Fi, as well as fax and copy services. The hotel also offers a boardroom that seats 14 people.
