Former student endorses Parker Selby

October 28, 2022

I am writing this letter in support of Ms. Estelle Parker Selby, who is running for District 20 state representative. I have known Ms. Parker Selby for 35-plus years, and she has always been a great supporter, educator and inspiration in my life while being educated in the Cape Henlopen School District to the present. Ms. Parker Selby has always been a driven individual with an exceptional rapport with people of all ages. In all my encounters with Ms. Parker Selby, she always has a positive, encouraging vibe and is able to make connections with individuals as a community leader. I believe Ms. Parker Selby is the only candidate who will support our community concerns and needs through her history of hard work, dedication and knowledge.
