Frank J. Mrazeck Sr., 81, of Milton, passed away peacefully at home Monday, July 29, 2024, after a year-long battle with brain cancer. He was born in Masontown, Pa., April 29, 1943.

Frank wore many hats during his long life. He served in the U.S. Army from 1961-64. Upon graduation, he taught elementary school in both Pennsylvania and West Virginia. He spent 32 of his 35 years in Monongalia County Schools as a principal. Frank also invested in rental properties and continued to work with them after retirement until he became ill.

Prior to his illness, Frank was active in the American Legion. Frank loved to garden and work with his hands, painting, and restoring furniture for resale. He always loved helping others in any way that he could.

Frank was predeceased by his parents, John and Jennie Mrazeck of Masontown, Pa. He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Dianne Henshaw Mrazeck of Milton; son, Dr. Frank J.
