Frank Scibilia, proud veteran

August 8, 2023

Frank Scibilia, 79, of Lewes, passed away at home Sunday, Aug. 6, 2023. He was born Aug. 27, 1943 in Chester, Pa., son of the late Joseph Scibilia and Edith (Borsello) McDade.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his sister, Debbie; and his brother, Joe. Frank is survived by his children, Steven Scibilia (Susan) of Newark, and Christine Frazier (Quinn) of Frankford; and his grandchildren, Michael, Jacob, Grace and Luke Hopkins.
