Frank Wiley Graham, hairstylist, real estate agent
Frank Wiley Graham, 85, of Rehoboth Beach, passed away Sunday, Sept. 3, 2023, at his home with his wife and son.
He was born Jan. 28, 1938, in Latrobe, Pa., son of Frank R. Graham and Bertha (Beuten) Graham. Frank’s life’s work included being a hairstylist in Washington, D.C., and a real estate agent with Scalise Real Estate in Pennsylvania. In 2000, he retired and moved to Rehoboth Beach.
Frank is preceded in death by his parents, and brothers, William Arnold and Richard Scott Graham.
He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Marciel Streff Graham; son, Charles Scott Graham of Austin, Texas; grandson, Mason; granddaughter, Dylan; and their mother, Leonor Rivera.
He will be missed by his neighbors, the many friends he made, as well as his loyal four-legged companions, Mister B and Bradie.
Friends will be received at 10 a.m., Tuesday, Sept. 12, at St. Edmond Catholic Church, 409 King Charles Ave., Rehoboth Beach, followed by a Mass of Resurrection at 11 a.m.
