Free introduction to yoga therapy session set July 27

Rehoboth Beach Yoga Center will host a free introduction to yoga therapy at 10 a.m., Saturday, July 27. Yoga therapy can benefit people who have chronic pain or injury, or are seeking a deeper yoga experience.
Rehoboth Beach Yoga is located near the traffic light at Route 1 and Bay Vista Road, with plenty of free parking at 20245 Bay Vista Road, Unit 101, Rehoboth Beach.
