Funland reopens but with limited games and no rides

Not able to do its traditional spring debut because of the COVID-19 state of emergency, Funland on the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk is now open from 1 to 8 p.m. daily with five games and some arcade-crane games available. Anyone over the age of 2 is required to wear a mask at all times while playing games, which include Muffin Pan Mania, Beach Ball, Mini-Hoop, Balloon Bust and Ring Toss. No rides are open. Funland, considered a Rehoboth Beach icon, has been operating since 1962.
Funland, considered a nonessential business, has been shuttered since the COVID-19 state of emergency was declared. Limited games are now available.
