Girl Scouts to host drive-thru cookie sales March 7, 13
Girl Scout Troop 333 will host drive-thru cookie booth events from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Sunday, March 7, at Millsboro Town Hall, and from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturday, March 13, at Sweet Serenity Chocolates in Seaford.
Girl Scouts have enjoyed being outside together as a troop and serving customers.
While customers enjoy eating the delicious treats, Girl Scouts are learning goal-setting, money management, business skills, decision-making and customer service.
When restrictions are lifted, Girl Scout Troop 333 plans to go camping, visit a theme park and attend a sleepover at a zoo or aquarium.
Millsboro Town Hall is at 322 Wilson Highway, Millsboro. Sweet Serenity Chocolates is at 1001 Norman Eskridge Highway, Seaford.
The troop will offer everyone’s favorites. Thin Mints, Tagalongs, Dosidos, Trefoils, Samoas and Lemon Ups will be available for $5 per box or $60 for a case of 12 boxes. Premium cookies, S’mores and gluten-free Toffee Tastics, will be on sale for $6 per box or $72 for a case of 12.
