Grace UMC to host wellness day for seniors Oct. 16

Grace United Methodist Church will host a free community wellness day for seniors from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 16, online and in person at 330 East Church St., Millsboro. All are welcome.

The event will feature live music and demonstrations for healthy living. Two information sessions will presented by local professionals: Estate Planning Workshop for Seniors, and Confronting Fear of the Unknown: How to Secure Support and Care as We Age, a panel discussion.
