After months of hard work, Greenman Juice Bar and Bistro owners Jeremy Brockway and Rachel Bullock-Brockway have opened the eatery’s second location. The couple opened the original Greenman in the ocean block of Wilmington Avenue in downtown Rehoboth Beach 13 years ago.
The new restaurant is located off Route 24 in Peddlers Village, in a space that was most recently Dorman’s Donut Shoppe. A sign on the window of the restaurant, which was one of the first places to bring a vegetable-forward menu to the Cape Region, says hours of operation are 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Thursday through Monday. A message on the restaurant’s website says extended hours and online ordering are coming soon.
