Harbor Freight Tools to open Milford store

Harbor Freight Tools has announced it will be opening a new store at 642 N. Dupont Blvd. in Milford. It is expected to open this summer.

Construction has already begun, using local workers and companies from the surrounding Milford area.

“We’ve been looking to open a location in Milford for a number of years so that we can provide the tools and equipment at tremendous values to the community,” said Trey Feiler, Harbor Freight Tools senior vice president of real estate and construction. “In addition to finding a great location, we were attracted by the availability of great associates in the Milford area, and we look forward to having them join the Harbor Freight team.”

The store is expected to bring 25 to 30 new jobs to the community, including sales and logistic supervisors, senior associates and sales associates, as well as seasonal opportunities.
