Delaware Resorts Expos will host its seventh annual Health-Fitness & Leisure Expo from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday, March 8, at Cape Henlopen High School on Kings Highway in Lewes.
More than 100 exhibitors will be onsite offering a full array of health, fitness, leisure, and home products and services for Cape Region residents.
“March is a time when many begin to think about improving health and getting in shape to enjoy the variety of outdoor activities available in our region,” said Kathy Benson, expo founder and coordinator.
Pathways to Success will be this year’s beneficiary. The nonprofit supports underserved and under-resourced students attending Cape Henlopen, Milford, Polytech, Seaford and Sussex Tech high schools. The program’s graduation rate is 98%, with 96% of the students going on to college, getting certified in a trade, enlisting in the military or entering the workforce. Pathways to Success representatives will be on hand to provide details about its programs.
Exhibitors will include health and wellness organizations; nutrition coaches; chiropractors; dental, eye and orthopedic practices; outdoor furniture, patios, and awnings vendors; vacation travel and retirement specialists; fitness programs and clubs; physical therapists; pools/spas and hot tubs retailers; leisure communities; electric bike sellers; and purveyors of outdoor activities.
