Heart association presents top fundraiser awards

The American Heart Association Delaware recently presented awards to the top three fundraising organizations for the 2023 Southern Delaware Heart Walk.
The awards were presented by Shabool Henry, AHA Delaware executive director, and Thomas Trobiano, director of cardiovascular, neurosciences and clinical operations at Beebe Healthcare. Trobiano is serving as chair of the Southern Delaware Heart Walk for 2024.
The No. 1 trophy went to Bayhealth, led by Ben Collins and Devin Rhodes, for raising $52,000, mobilizing 495 walkers.
Beebe Healthcare raised $28,492 and County Bank raised $20,631.
