H.O. Brittingham Elementary School teacher Kara Hoffman sent in photos of her fifth-grade student Nuriah Robinson visiting historical sites in Maryland to further her knowledge of the Civil War.
Hoffman said, “Fifth-graders in the Cape Henlopen School District have been learning about this historical event, and she certainly went above and beyond virtual learning! I am so proud of her efforts and patriotism.”
