Hoenen, Arnberg to marry

Because Lewes’s Hoenen clan isn’t wacky enough, it plans to welcome Karl Arnberg of Oakwood, Ohio, into the fold.  Chris Hoenen and Rick Hoenen of Lewes are pleased to announce Arnberg has proposed to their daughter, Leah.

Hoenen is also the granddaughter of Doo-Dah Parade Grand Poobah Phyllis Hoenen, and she works as a reporter for the Cape Gazette.

Contrary to some expectations, the couple will not wed in a parade; however, it is likely Sousa marches will be played at the reception.

In seeming defiance of the anticipated apocalypse, a summer 2012 wedding is planned in Lewes.  In the event the world does not end, the couple plans to reside in Portland, Maine.

Arnberg, son of Norm Arnberg of Oakwood, Ohio, and Maggie Arnberg of College Park, Md., bucked his family's Marine Corps trend and works as a quality-control analyst for Allagash Brewing Company.  Hoenen plans to entertain dogs Barley and The Beagle while in search of gainful employment.
