Hope Realty Institute real estate classes to start April 26

Hope Realty Institute of Delaware will offer its next session of real estate pre-licensing classes online from 6 to 9 p.m., starting Monday, April 26. 

HRI offers the 99-hour Delaware Pre-Licensing Course so participants can start the journey to becoming a real estate agent.

The class consists of three sections: Real Estate Math, Real Estate Law and Real Estate Sales.

Each section is taught by separate instructors on alternating evenings. Classes continue through Tuesday, June 22.

Successful completion of the course and the exams will satisfy the educational requirements of the Delaware Real Estate Commission.
