I.G. Burton dealership announces BMW raffle winner

Dover Downs hosted the 2012 Best of Delaware Party July 26, at which i.g. Burton & Co. announced the winner of its BMW car raffle. The best of the state celebrated their achievements, and at the end of the evening, Richard L. Merrill of Wilmington was selected as the winner of a new 2012 BMW 1 Series 128i. Nearly 400 raffle tickets were sold, the proceeds from which go to the 2012 Best of Delaware Party beneficiaries: Delaware Guidance Services for Children & Youth, Girl Scouts of the Chesapeake Bay Council and Nemours.
