Italian chef Gabriella Lavorato returns to 205 Lavinia Street March 22 to 24
Locals will soon have a chance to learn Tuscan cooking in true Italian style and have fun doing it with Gabriella Lavorato at 205 Lavinia Street in Milton, the Art/Health/Development Gallery on the Delmarva Peninsula.
Lavorato has a repertoire of savory Tuscan recipes to share and will be teaching three separate Italian cooking classes, each followed by a dinner, Thursday to Saturday, March 22 to 24. Each class and dinner starts at 3 p.m. and ends around 9 p.m. The price of each class and dinner is $100. The menu will be different on all dates.
Participants can cook, dine, relax, have fun and meet new friends in this hands-on Italian dining experience. It’s the perfect way of learning to cook great food while benefiting from the knowledge and passion Lavorato has to offer. Cooking classes consist of complete four- and five-course meals that are 100 percent participation, not demonstrations. Everything is made by hand the old-fashioned way that Italian women have been using for centuries.
