Jack Lingo Asset Management reports successful grand opening of Rehoboth Gateway

July 17, 2016

Jack Lingo Asset Management announced the grand opening of its latest project, Rehoboth Gateway, with tenants The Fresh Market, Bed Bath and Beyond, and Wawa all opening their new stores last month.

According to Jack Lingo Asset Management and The Fresh Market, residents of many Rehoboth Beach communities have overwhelmingly expressed their appreciation for the recent opening of Rehoboth Gateway. Other than a gas station convenience store, communities in the Rehoboth Bay area have not had an option for obtaining basic needs without going onto Coastal Highway – until Rehoboth Gateway. Residents can now avoid traffic on Coastal Highway, helping reduce additional congestion during the busy summer months.

Bryce Lingo, with Jack Lingo Asset Management, said, "Rehoboth Gateway serves as a well-needed convenience to the numerous residents who live within the Rehoboth Bay corridor: Shuttle Road, Country Club Drive and Bay Vista Road. Over 2,000 homes are now located within this corridor, and Rehoboth Gateway is perfectly suited to provide easy access to daily shopping and dining needs."

Ricky Sprinkle, The Fresh Market Rehoboth Beach store manager, said, "We are always on the lookout for communities where shoppers appreciate high-quality and great-tasting food, and Rehoboth Beach, Delaware is just such a place. We've seen great success with the first few weeks of our store being open, and we look forward to continuing to serve the Rehoboth Beach community and providing residents and visitors here with an inspiring new food shopping experience."

Jack Lingo Asset Management is currently working to secure restaurant tenants for the pad sites along Coastal Highway and anticipates announcing new tenants later this summer.
