Former Superior Court Judge and Attorney General Jane Brady recently took on the role of chairwoman for Delaware’s Republican Party.
Brady joined a crowd of Sussex County Republicans and others who traveled from Kent and New Castle counties at Michele Rollins’ beach house in Lewes for a fundraiser and get-to-know-her event.
Former Chairman Mike Harrington said he expected the event would raise about $50,000 to start building the campaign coffers for the 2020 elections. Brady said her goals as head of the party are to raise a few hundred thousand dollars, win at least one statewide race for Republicans in 2020, and win back the Delaware Senate with a Republican majority.
