The 30th annual Rehoboth Beach Jazz Festival’s opening night Oct. 17 at Cape Henlopen High School featured keyboardist Brian Simpson and saxophonist Boney James. Awards were presented to Gerald Albright, Artist of the Year, and John Ernesto, Producer of the Year.
