Jeremy D. Parsons, loved the Lord

Jeremy D. Parsons, 50, of Georgetown, passed away Friday, June 28, 2024. He was born March 10, 1974.

Jeremy was a lifelong Delaware resident. He loved boating, hunting, and fishing in his early years. He loved the Lord. He developed an infection that left him disabled for the last several years. You could always find him on Facebook with a meme that brought his many followers a laugh. He was active in the Seaford Care Center until recently and had many friends there.

He loved his precious dog, Harley, picture taken June 29, 2023.  

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, James L. Parsons and Helen Parsons; maternal grandparents, Howard Bush, Ethel Bush and Joseph D. Walls; his father, Skip Parsons; beloved brother, Jamie Parsons; as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He is survived by his mother, Joanne Parsons; son, Cody Parsons; sister-in-law, Nichole Parsons; his sister, Jennifer Ross, whom he found later in life; nieces, Georgia and Sydney Parsons; and nephew, Jake Parsons.

Services will be held at a later date.
