John Paradee joins Baird Mandalas Brockstedt as equity partner

January 19, 2015

Baird Mandalas Brockstedt LLC recently announced the addition of John W. Paradee, Esq., as an equity partner of the firm.

Paradee is a seasoned attorney who comes to the firm with an established practice focused on commercial litigation, commercial and residential real estate transactions, general business and corporate practice, and administrative law.

Paradee is a graduate of the University of Virginia and earned his law degree from the University of Richmond. He is a long-standing member of the American Bar Association, the American Association of Justice, the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association and the Terry/Carey Inn of Court.

Paradee has been recognized as one of Delaware's Top Lawyers by Delaware Today magazine, was selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America and was acknowledged by Chambers USA’s Client Guide, America's Leading Lawyers for Business, as “the man in Dover for land use.”

BMB’s managing partner, Kevin Baird, said, "John is top shelf, and we are very excited to have him join the team. Our firm has expanded over the last 18 months and adding John, and his established land use and litigation practice, is a critical piece of the puzzle. Our focus is to be the top law firm in central and southern Delaware, and we are confident that John will play an important role as the firm continues to evolve.”

Although Paradee will be based in the firm’s Dover office, he will also spend time in the firm’s Lewes location and handle cases throughout the state. He lives in Dover with his wife and two children.
