Joseph Komorowski, loved his family
Joseph Komorowski, 75, of Millsboro, formerly of Stanhope, N.J., passed away Tuesday, Feb. 22, 2022, in the care of his family and Delaware Hospice.
Joe was born Aug. 3, 1946, to the late Joseph and Christine (Stoklosa) Komorowski, in Queens, N.Y.
Joe is survived by his wife of 53 years, Linda (Castellano); and two daughters, Denise Swiatek (Chester) of Amherst, N.Y., and Donna Komorowski of Millsboro (formerly of Stanhope). Joe has six grandchildren: Dominick, Anthony, Parker, Sophia, Marisa, and Tabitha. Joe is also survived by his sister, Deborah DeForge (Randy) of Howell, N.J.
Joe loved spending time with his family, traveling, working on race cars, playing chess, and ballroom dancing. Joe was a tool and die maker, and an expert in all trades.
Visitation will take place from 2 to 3 p.m., Tuesday, March 1, at Watson Funeral Home, 211 S. Washington St., Millsboro. A memorial service will follow.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contribution in Joe's memory to Delaware Hospice, 100 Patriots Way, Milford, DE 19963, or plant a tree.
