Judith Elizabeth Frampton, heart and soul of family

Judith "Judy” Elizabeth Frampton, heart and soul of the family, passed away Saturday, June 1, 2024. She was born Nov. 1, 1947, in Wilmington, to Everett and Barbara (Niblett) Robinson.

Judy was a graduate of John Dickinson High School. After graduation, she furthered her education and became an X-ray scheduler at Delaware Hospital. Judy married Arthur R. Frampton Oct. 8, 1966, at Christ United Methodist Church, and together they raised three children in Stanton, and retired in 2002 to Rehoboth Beach. She also worked at Clover and Dress Barn. Judy enjoyed many friends at the various veterans' clubs. She was truly a loving and caring person. She enjoyed her children, grandchildren, animals, and flowers. Judy was truly a giving lady, and will be deeply missed every day.

Judy leaves behind her husband of 57 years, Arthur; her children, Dawn (Frank), Arthur Jr. (Jeri) and Mark (Aubree); her five grandchildren, Frankie, Andie, Brian, Jayden and Ali; and her siblings, Shirley Leverage and Eddie Robinson (Susan); as well as many cherished nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Monday, June 17, at Parsell Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 16961 Kings Hwy., Lewes, where friends and family may call beginning at 10. Interment will follow at Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 26669 Patriots Way, Millsboro. A Celebration of Life will follow at American Legion Post 17, Lewes.
