July 30, 2017

Jefferson, Urian, Doane and Sterner PA staff members and their families volunteered July 18 at the Food Bank of Delaware Milford warehouse location that serves members in need in Kent and Sussex counties. They stocked shelves with donated food and helped shuck corn.

The Food Bank of Delaware provides nutritious food to Delawareans in need and facilitates long-term solutions to the problems of hunger and poverty through community education and advocacy. The Food Bank of Delaware has over 620 hunger-relief program partners to which it distributes food statewide. They provide numerous volunteer opportunities on an ongoing and as-needed basis for individuals and businesses.

"We feel it's important to be involved in and to give back to the communities we work and live in. The Delaware Food Bank is a great way to help those less fortunate in our area." said firm stockholder Fred Mast.
