Kathie Martin and the Hot Rods return to Milton Theatre April 20

Kathie Martin & The Hot Rods will perform at 8 p.m., Friday, April 20, at Milton Theatre. They will take audience members on a journey through the greatest era of rock ‘n’ roll and soul music. From Big Momma Thornton to Elvis to Aretha Franklin and Otis Redding, attendees can dance, sing and laugh along with this timeless show band.

Kathie Martin is a dynamic singer and sax player. Her career includes 30 years with The Fabulous Hubcaps as the first girl in the band, and 10 years leading her own group, Kathie Martin & The Hot Rods.

Martin is pleased to announce a new lineup of veteran musicians reprising the group now, with her son Will Farrell on trumpet and guitar, former bandmates Mickey Gasbarre on lead vocals and Mike Naumann on drums, and legendary guitarist Gabby Gabaldon, bassist Pete Booker and keyboardist Bob Clifton.
