Katie Lynn Marvel and David Shawn Chappell plan June wedding

Phil and Bev Marvel of Milton announce the engagement of their daughter, Katie Lynn, to David Shawn Chappell, son of Shawn Chappell and Pam Legge of Salisbury, N.C. The bride-to-be is a 2007 graduate of Sussex Technical High School and a 2011 graduate of Liberty University with a degree in broadcast journalism and video production. She is employed as a retail sales consultant at Verizon Wireless in Dover.  The groom-elect is a 2008 graduate of East Rowan High School in Salisbury, N.C. and will receive his degree in youth ministry from Liberty University in August 2012. The couple will be married Saturday, June 9, 2012, at Grace Church in Milton.
