Keller Williams Realty announced the grand opening of the new Lewes/Rehoboth location June 22 in a ribbon cutting ceremony sponsored by the Lewes Chamber of Commerce. Keller Williams Realty is the largest real estate company in the world with over 135,000 associates. The Rehoboth Market Center was formerly located at 19345 Miller Road. Significant growth over the past 12 months led to a need for additional space so the firm relocated to 18344 Coastal Hwy., Lewes, (formerly occupied by Morgan Stanley).

The new office includes over 7300 square feet with state of the art technology and a training room that holds 45 students. Keller Williams is known internationally for its training, having been named as the No. 1 company for training across all industries by Training Inc.

“The new facility allows us to offer the best in training and education to our associates,” said Matt Fetick operating partner.

Keller Williams also recently announced the addition of Brigit Taylor as team leader and CEO for the greater Sussex market. Taylor comes to Keller Williams from Resort Quest where she was their broker and manager for the past four years. Taylor, a well-respected leader in the area, currently serves as president-elect for the Sussex County Association of Realtors.

“I joined Keller Williams because the organization has written the road map to success for agents who want to grow their business, and I’m excited to help them implement world class tools and systems,” Williams said.

Ethel Lewes, a partner and broker of record, is also a seasoned professional with over 30 years of real estate leadership in Sussex County.  “Ethel’s ability to manage the office on a day to day basis, is a key element to our success,”  said Fetick.

Bill Lucks, “Mr. Commercial,” joined Keller Williams as director of commercial real estate in early 2016. Lucks is known nationally for his leadership roles, including past president of the Delaware Association of Realtors as well as on the national MLS committee for the National Association of Realtors. “By launching KW Commercial here on the Delmarva Peninsula I am able to offer our commercial associates unparalleled tools and resources to grow their businesses and support their clients,” said Lucks. “With our move to a new facility and additional leadership we are uniquely positioned for growth and expansion throughout the Delmarva Peninsula and beyond.”
