KSI 3 Club tournament a success

October 3, 2020

Despite COVID limitations, the 31st annual KSI 3 Club Golf Tournament was a success Sept. 16 at Rookery North in Milford. Event organizers were pleased that 68 golfers and more than 200 tournament sponsors helped the agency net more than $29,000, directly affecting the programs and services it provides to adults with disabilities.

The tournament was sponsored by L&W Insurance and WSFS Bank. Tournament golf cart sponsors were Highmark Delaware Blue Cross Blue Shield, i.g. Burton & Co., Pep-Up, and Sharp Energy. Excel Business Systems sponsored the water ice, in loving memory of Frank S. Montisano Sr. Food sponsors included: Aquatech Water Specialties LLC, Atlantic Concrete Company Inc., Chesapeake Utilities Corporation, Community Heating & A/C Inc., Dover Downs Hotel & Casino, Growmark FS LLC-Shopworks, Regional Builders Inc., Schmittinger & Rodriguez PA, SPI Pharma and ThinkSecureNet LLC. The putting contest sponsor was Tidewater Utilities, and the Milford Lions Club sponsored a new contest this year, The Flamingo Fling Ring Toss Contest. Each sponsor, golfer and other contributors made this event successful, and all are appreciated.
