The Cup’r Cone truck offered sweet treats at The Landing’s Memorial Day gathering.
Copious amounts of rain could not curtail the exuberant patriotism at The Landing Memorial Day barbecue.
“Try as she might, Mother Nature could not keep homeowners at The Landing from gathering to celebrate our freedoms,” said Diane McGinnis, who co-chairs the social committee with Laura Panek. “At this first HOA event since the clubhouse was refurbished in April, homeowners showed up in their best red, white and blue, and shared their side dishes to complement classic grilled hot dogs and hamburgers. From 4-month-olds to octogenarians, the Cup’r Cone ice cream truck was welcomed, too.”
