Lane Builders marks 40th year in business

Lane Builders invited clients, employees, family and friends June 17 to gather and celebrate its 40th year in business as the Delaware beaches’ leading custom home builder.

Founded by Gary McCrea in 1981, and sold to Lane employees Jeff Burton, Keith Hastings and Rick Blades in 1999, Lane Builders has been dedicated to creating quality custom homes for families ever since.

“My team is incredibly creative and talented. What sets us apart from other custom home builders is that we have an in-house design team as well as highly skilled carpenters out in the field paying attention to every detail of our client’s new home,” said Burton. “Many of these skilled craftsmen have been employed by Lane for over 20 years.
