Lewes Police have arrested a Harrington man on theft charges after police allege he stole a camping trailer from a home on Kings Highway.
Police say Paul Rowan, 53, stole the camper trailer June 13. The trailer was recovered and returned to its owner.
Rowan was charged with felony theft, criminal mischief and third-degree criminal trespass.
