Lewes Realty under investigation

The Lewes Police Department is investigating a Lewes realty company in connection with rental payments to property owners.
Numerous property owners reported that they received bad checks or no rental payment from Lewes Realty at 418 E. Savannah Road, said Lewes Police Chief Thomas Spell in a statement released March 3.
Police ask anyone who believes they may be a victim to contact Detective Crapps at 302-645-6264, Ext. 122.
Spell said due to the nature of this ongoing investigation, no further details will be released at this time.
