Kent Sussex Industries recently received a $2,000 grant from the Lewes-Rehoboth Beach Rotary Club. Grant funds will enable KSI to offer musical arts education.
Music instruction has been proven to have many benefits by providing sensory stimulation that can positively affect physical, emotional and social well-being.
KSI, a nonprofit agency, provides vocational training, employment, community integration, transportation, day habilitation, life enrichment and nutritional services to individuals with disabilities throughout Sussex and Kent counties.
Check presentation attendees shown are Heath Chasanov, KSI CEO, and Kate Millard, Lewes-Rehoboth Beach Rotary Club president.
