Lillian Senn is Visiting Angels Caregiver of the Month
Visiting Angels of Sussex has awarded Lillian Senn of Millsboro its Caregiver of the Month honor for October. The company helps seniors and disabled adults remain independent and in their own homes for a better quality of life.
David Forman, president of Visiting Angels, said, “Lillian shows true compassion for her care recipients. She is very proactive and detail oriented in communicating her client's needs and progress, which allows us to provide better service and keep clients' families well informed."
According to Forman, Senn provides both hourly and live-in service based on needs, and has often made herself available on short notice to cover for other employees when personal issues interrupt their schedules. Visiting Angels offer services from a couple of hours to 24/7 care. Senn provides assistance with personal hygiene, light housekeeping, meal preparation, errands and appointments, and compassionate companionship.
Forman adds, “Lillian has been one of our most professional and reliable employees. She is among our most requested "angels," with expertise in Alzheimers, dementia, and stroke care."
Visiting Angels rewards employees based on their customer care, and willingness to step in to meet the agency’s needs, even when it’s on short notice or not convenient.
“We’re really proud to count Lillian among our family of superior caregivers,” says Forman. “Our employees are the face of our company, and we only employ those whom we would trust with our own families."
