Linda Lee Bravo, proud grandmother
Linda Lee Bravo, 70, of Bethany Beach, formerly of Maryland, passed away Friday, June 28, 2019, in South Bethany Beach..
She was born in Fort Meade, Md., March 28, 1949, daughter of the late Charles Eugene Matthews and the late Betty Margaret (Bentley) Matthews.
Linda was known lovingly as “Grandmother,” a proud grandmother to five. She was the center point of her family and loved bringing the family together. Linda will be remembered as a loving and devoted mother, mother-in-law, grandmother and friend.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Eduardo Manuel Bravo; and a sister, Judy Fultz. She is survived by her two sons, Scot Kight and his partner, Stacy Foster of Ashburn, Va., and Zachary Kight and his wife, Maria of Brookeville, Md.; five grandchildren, Ashley Kight, Amina Foster, Bradley Bookwalter, Ben Bookwalter and Bruce Kight; extended family, her three dogs, and countless friends.
A celebration of her life will be held at noon, Friday, July 5, at the Ocean View Chapel of Melson Funeral Services, 38040 Muddy Neck Road, Ocean View, where friends and family may visit after 11 a.m.
